How fitting that my gorgeous new website will be launching during this love filled week? Very! Because this has truly been a LABOR of LOVE!
Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge has been at work on creating my new website for almost 7 months (almost as much to create a human life). It is finally finished and ready to make it’s debut in the next 24 to 48 hours and I can’t wait for you all to see it.
The new site completes the transformed Las Vegas Wedding Concierge brand that began it’s journey last year with “Creating Stylish Celebrations of Love and Life” and Celebrating Everyday with LOVE, LIFE & STYLE!
Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge believes that weddings are celebrations of family and of the two of you. What I love most about the wedding day itself, after the planning is all said and done, is watching my couples surrounded by all the special touches they have created for all those they love who are surrounding them at that moment in time.
Marriage celebrates the transforming power of love and EVERYONE who is fortunate to witness and participate in this celebration are collectively and individually transformed by LOVE.
The new website is filled with words and images that embrace my belief and philosophy about what weddings mean to me and the value I place on planning this day with you; responsibly and with love in our hearts.

To lovers young and old, lovers of love, life and all the good things and occasions that make life worth celebrating!
This Valentines’ week is actually filled with love for me as Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge and my Mr. Moore will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary on February 17th. So, I am going to enjoy the opportunity to blog this entire week and wax poetic on the topic of LOVE. After all, we should strive to show our appreciation and affection for ALL our loved ones, every day of the year.

I actually had found a recipe years ago on a wine website for the same inspiration; taking fresh, whole, hulled strawberries (raspberries work well too) and tossing them in fine balsamic syrup with black pepper. When I tried it, it was a taste revelation that I still enjoy to this day. Layer the strawberries over a decadent quality of vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy. The “Love Martini” is, in essence, this recipe in a glass (with the extra benefit of alcohol of course!)

As caterpillars take time to transform and have a season to emerge, so does Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge.
In July, I began a personal transformation to get my physical, spiritual and emotional self back in the best health that I am deserving of so I could be the best person I could be, live and celebrate my life with Style as I espouse and see my Wedding Planning business grow, evolve and thrive.
The beginnings of that transformation started with a new logo, my new blog and, with the coming of Spring, when these creatures break from their cocoons into beautiful creatures, I will also celebrate the completion of this stage of my personal and professional transformation by March 1, 2011 with the launch of the new Las Vegas Wedding Concierge website.
Weddings are also all about transformations. You and your fiance are experiencing one of the most transforming life cycle events as individuals and as future partners. Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge is Celebrating Love today and introducing you to Danielle and Terry. I am delighted and honored to be producing their wedding this May at WynnLasVegas and Encore, Las Vegas Resort.
Danielle is moving from her native Chicago to the “Big City” of New York City before the wedding and I can see from these pictures and smile on her face she already has that “EmpireState of Mind” and looks right at home. It puts a huge smile on my face to see the two of them looking SO HAPPY.

It’s so darn pretty and I can’t wait to unveil the website which is, I promise, not a figment of my imagination. It really is coming.
The new look, feel and content of “Diary of a Las Vegas Wedding Concierge” blog will reflect my philosophy that all the moments, people and things in our lives that matter most should be created or embraced and celebrated with LOVE, LIFE & STYLE!
I will shine a light on weddings of course, but I will also talk about other things to celebrate in life. What I love about being a Las Vegas Wedding Planner and those I work with, issues I am passionate about (related to weddings, the business of weddings and more) and it would be my greatest joy that you connect or learn (or both) with something I share here.
I believe one of the greatest responsibilities and pleasures I have as a Wedding Planner is to educate and guide my clients to their ultimate destination of a memorable, happy day that is only the beginning of their journey. I would like to think of my blog in the same way; an education and a guide on your way to your wedding celebration of love and beyond into celebrating your lives together . . . with STYLE!

Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge is all about shoes!
A girl can NEVER have TOO MANY shoes and that’s just a fact of life as far as I’m concerned.
And what is that ultimate “Cinderella” pair themselves? . . . your wedding shoes of course!
They certainly don’t have to be glass slippers, but your wedding shoes definitely must be stylish, compliment your wedding gown and be comfortable to dance the night away in. Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge will have none of this “flip flop” sandal business please and thank you. A great alternative though is a pretty pair of ballet flats!
I am so impressed with the new shoe collection from Ivanka Trump, who has now created sexy, stylish and affordable footware that take you from the office to a weekend getaway, the “Red Carpet” to the ultimate runway . . . your wedding aisle!
The “White” collection appeals to the classic bridal look but is hardly traditional with sexy styles like “Aluvia, Asteria, the lace inspired “Diamund” and the satin wrap “Dermani”. However, for all you daring brides who want to show off, don’t be afraid to rock one of these styles in a hue that gives a whole new meaning to “Something Blue”.
Whatever style you choose, do purchase your shoes early enough to have them with you for your final gown fittings, to give you enough time to break them in and practice wearing them so you feel completely beautiful and assured when you slip them on on your wedding day to walk towards your groom.
I do believe I have another item to add to the holiday wish list;)!!
